Host your event at the Othello-UW Commons! Rooms may be reserved by UW-affiliated organizations and community partners.

*Study Hours for July 18th will be cancelled.

*We are no longer booking for July - August 2024. We may be able to accommodate your request if you have already completed an informational meeting with us, please email us.

We are now booking for September - June 2025 and will prioritize regular programming

How to Reserve

  1. Book with Aysah Jacob, the Site Coordinator for a informational 20-minute meeting.
  2. After the interview, fill out a form with all the logisitic details of your event and a user agreement form that needs to be signed and emailed back to us.
  3. Recieve a confirmation email afterwards.

After this 3-step process, for future reservations just send us an email with your requested date and time!

*If you are a first time user, please plan to contact us at least 1 month in advance of your requested date, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your request.

For UW Students

Study Hours/Co-Working Hours for students for Summer 2024 are every Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

*Study Hours for July 18th will be cancelled.

If you can't make it to Study Hours, don't worry! Feel free to reach out via email, phone, or IG about coming in if you just need a space to study or take your online class! Our hours and staffing vary depending on the reservations, but we're happy to have you if we're on site!
